Gantry-Drop-Test-Maschine
A traditional load-test workshop usually has a static pull-test machine and separate handling equipment to mobilize the product to be tested. This requires large area for maneuver, extra personnels, and also time-consuming.
We cut off all the unnecessary stuffs by combining a pull-test machine with a self-propelled gantry crane. The result is LIMOV Semeru, a powerful gantry-type pull-test machine.
ANWENDUNGEN
LIMOV Semeru is used for pull-testing in accordance with Det Norske Veritas standard (DNV Nr.. 2.7-1) and British Standard (BS EN 12079). Example of products to be tested are:
- Various equipments and structures: offshore container, skid package, lifting beam, etc.
- Loose lifting equipments (LLE): Schlinge, Master Link, shackle, etc.
